Eligibility Criteria for Refund:

Parsity offers a conditional guarantee of employment to students who successfully complete our program. If, after 6 months from the date of graduation, a student meets the following criteria and is still unable to secure employment in a tech role, they may request a refund of their tuition minus $1,000, which will be held for administrative costs.

1. Program Completion:
   • The student must have completed the program on time.
   • The student must have completed all assignments.
   • The student must have completed all career services curriculum.
2. Active Job Search:
   • The student must have actively sought employment in tech roles.
   • The student must provide proof of their job search efforts, including but not limited to job applications, interview records, and communication with potential employers.
   • The student must have attended all scheduled sessions with our career services mentors and adhered to their feedback and guidance.
3. Additional Requirements:
   • The student must reside in the United States.
   • The student must not have a criminal record.
   • The student must be over 21 years of age.
   • The student must be open to both remote and in-person work opportunities.

Request Process:

To request a refund, eligible students must submit a written request to Parsity's administration. The request should include:

• A detailed record of job search activities and proof of active engagement in the employment search.
• Confirmation of completion of all program requirements and career services sessions.

This refund policy serves as an outline of our conditional guarantee of employment for students who participate in and successfully complete our program. It is intended to provide guidance and assurance but is not legally binding.
